Refund policy

Our Responsibility: While we take great care in nurturing and maintaining our plants to the highest standards. Factors such as watering, sunlight exposure, soil conditions, and pest control are beyond our control once the plants leave our premises. However, we are always here to offer advice and guidance on how to best care for your plants to ensure their health and longevity.

Seeds, Annuals, Vegetables, Tropicals, and Houseplant sales are Final: Due to the nature of these plants, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the plants have left our premises. Once you take the plants home, the responsibility for their care and well-being falls under your ownership. 

Perennial, Fruit, and Nursery plant sales carry a 1-year, limited guarantee: Claims will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by pictures of the plant and/or returning to the store location with the actual plant. Claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Awarded claims will provide the customer with store credit for the original cost of purchase and will be loaded on an HC Gardens gift card.

Hard Good sales can be returned within 30 days of purchase: Product MUST be unused and accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Returns will be refunded on the original method of payment or HC Gardens gift card.
