Plants are placed based on lighting and health requirements. If you'd like adjustments, just reach out or mention it at your next service visit and we'll take care of it.
Absolutely. Our quarterly rotation add-on does exactly that. Custom swaps outside of rotation may incur additional fees.
Give us at least 30 days notice and we'll assess your new location. If it falls within our service area and conditions are suitable, we're happy to transfer your service. Relocation fees may apply.
Just let us know. Your plants remain in place until the end of your current billing period, and we'll handle the full collection at no extra charge.
